The 5185i, select personal communications, and a general belief that Jorma is too smart to say anything that would advantage the opposition.

For Nokia's sake, I hope that they do have something up their sleeve wrt the IS/95 market. The 5185i should be very popular in the low-end, thanks to the personalization features it has which allow it to stand out in this otherwise commoditized segment, and the 6185i could have some success in the mid-tier given that it now has a WAP browser. However, I think that something more will be needed to gain a strong foothold in the upper-mid-tier and high-end, considering that newer models from Samsung, Sanyo, Motorola, and Neopoint will offer far more features (i.e. voice dialing, larger screens, MP3 support for a Samsung phone, PDA functionality on a Neopoint phone).
