Not with OPXS trading at the time of LMNE distribution.

Now I'm done with this too.

enough is enough!!! i am in agreement with mact... hopefully we can quit arguing the the point. the bottom line is that no one will be able to predict price action. however, i am very very doubtful that mrvc price will actually drop after the spinoff. the most reasonable business model would be cmgi or sfe where these INCUBATORS actually allow their shareholders to get a piece of the action, their price fluctuations have been tied more closely to overall market conditions/ipo action.

bce/nt, hwp/a are simply not applicable as the bce and hwp were not and are not incubators. what happened to bce served an important lesson. that is 1+1 always = 2. the point being this, when MRVC spins out lmne and opxs, lmne+opxs must be < MRVC. therefore, assuming opening day market caps of 3 and 5 billion respectively this must < MRVC market cap. if this is not true, then market caps of lmne/opxs must go down, or stock price of mrvc must go up, thereby unlocking the value of mrvc. once savvy investors figure this out they will pile into mrvc. i would be shocked if mrvc is not over 100 by the end of november. remember, although lmne is the first of the mrvc ipos, it is not necessarily the best, i have higher hopes for opxs which is competing for the wireless metro market which has the highest potential for the next several years, jmho
