How do you do that? I can't find those loopholes. Deduction phase-outs and AMT plug most everything. Either you have some major stock losses or you're a thief.

I repeat, the rich never pay full taxes anyway. They/we have tons of write-offs. Just incorporate yourself and everything you spend almost is a write-off. The middle-class can't do that. They get it taken out of their paychecks. I paid $200,000 on the last million I made. The middle-class pay more.

You mean middle class people pay more then $200,000 of federal income taxes??
