Jay, The offer of help is apreciated, tried all the standard stuff with no improvements, and so many of us are having the same problem that it seems a waste of time.
When will the new IP feed that your company has said will fix the problems actually fix things.....

Do you guys have anyone testing your servers or actually logged onto the different servers to see if they are working properly? Seems so simple, but for you guys, anything is difficult.

None of the mtnview servers were working at or near the open of the market today. There is nothing wrong with my ISP or PC. It is quote.com's fault entirely. You idiots make me sick to my stomach.

To the guys on this board: I told you that quote.com would not have that new feed up by 10/15. These guys have proven to be pure BS'ers time and time again. Do not believe anything they say.
