The issue is child health insurance in Texas. 49th in the nation. Bush claims things are getting better. Actually they've gotten worse in Texas for 7 years. This past year they got 1% better. Be said federal rates have gone down. They have been going up for 7 years and went down .001%, no change at all really. Is this a lie? Maybe not by definition but it's certainly a gross mis-representation and gives entirely the false impression. The worst part is he seems to have no remorse. Zero priority level on childrens health care.
