As I said before there isn't enough of transparency. You usually get this when the facts
aren't good. The deal sizes are way too small. To prosper you have to have enterprize
size deals, Deals of $1million and up. $50,000 deals will not do. I also gathered they are
getting deals by "catering to the specific needs of different customers", this takes too
much of the resources. It is best to have great standard product that you sell to a lot of
people. Take your software and tweek it to needs of different customers for small deal
sizes does not make money. I am not blaming the present management. The time to
make moves were 3 years ago. As seibel gains acceptance it becomes more and more
to compete with. Customers want a software that has scale. It is the Apple story, Apple
could have compete with microsoft at certain early times, but not anymore, Microsift is
the standard now. Of course I listened to CC.
