I looked at Island a minute ago. You're right; it is pretty ugly. Thousands of shares lined up waiting to be sold into even the smallest uptick.

Dan, only major PC tech companies are trading lower. Also they are still above the S&P multiple.

As regards to MSFT employees, they need to wait this out or leave. What other choice do they have ?

There can't be any claim of damages from DOJ trial. The DOJ won, at least in one court. What I am wondering about is whether there will be claims of "damages" from MSFT from its shareholders. What prevents some less than knowledgeable shareholder from suing MSFT for not settling ?
