X, are all the other changes that Gore has made in his positions simuarly not a problem for you. I can see how people change over the years but there are quite a number of issues that Gore has changed his position 180 degrees, usually with no acknowlegement of his previous position and often with no respect for those who hold the position that he used to advocate. The only important position that I can think of that Gore has consitantly held is his environmental views (and even here there are small inconsistancies like the release from the strategic petroleum reserve, but that level of compromise on ideology is probably just normal politics that we could expect from almost any politician.)
