I think it is more likely FTHL will get taken out and shot. From the SI profile on FTHL:

"For the 6 months ended 6/00, total revenues fell 53% to $43.9M. Net loss totalled $55.8M vs. an income of $4.9M. Results reflect certain sales of capacity may no longer be recognized as current revenue, and increased compensation and depreciation costs."
