A couple analyst comments (lukewarm and cold). cnetinvestor.com SG Cowen, 10/17 ADCT (Buy, $27): Everest Connections Signs 3-Yr, $300MM Network Eqpt Contract ADCT signed a three-year, $300MM contract to supply Hybrid Fiber Coax network equipment and services to Everest Connections, a St. Louis-based broadband service provider. (Source: Business Wire) Everest plans to build and operate broadband networks in at least four U.S. markets, including Kansas City, MO, Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn. and Tulsa, OK. cnetinvestor.com Goldman Sachs analyst Mary Henry lowered 2000 EPS estimate for ADC Telecommunications (ADCT) to $0.46 from $0.55 and 2001 EPS estimate to $0.70 from $0.75, the stock is rated a Market Outperformer. I have not seen her reasoning for lowering her estimates. This puts her at the low end of the earnings estimates for 2000.
