Now It Looks Like PWER Was Added On Close of Market Friday 10/20/00

This explains Fridays volume of 15.8 Million Shares during regular trading and an additional 9.56 shares after hours.

Given the number of shares which you had said the company indicated would need to be purchased (6.1 million) I wonder how much fund buying remains to be done.

As was also posted here earlier last week PWER has filed for a 850 million dollar debt and equity shelf offering. This could have the potential of adding 10 million shares to the current 73.59 Outstanding (about a 13.5% increase).

I wonder how much more fund buying remains given the volume we have already seen and how much more the share price will actually go up.

I think the companies communication on these changes leaves a bit to be decided, although I'm sure that the exact timing was out of their control.
