You may be right, but it wasn't made clear. My point is that as of 9/30/00 (end of BAC quarter) 13D says they definitely still owned the stock.

Good call, Rob -- I hope you're right...

I seem to remember the BofA shares being characterized as "restricted."

Regardless, CKFR would have to file with the SEC to register the shares for subsequent sale -- a process that takes a good deal of time...
