IMO, XRX and poloroid are both classic examples of buggy whips or a stocks that are in a secular bear market. I believe that the market landscape is changing all of the time. There are very few companies that I would assume are going to be around in 30 years.

I do believe that we are in a hyper growth phase in technology and that it is still the first quarter. Still plenty of room for the speculative bubble to expand.

I think that the ideas of value vs. growth depends on what time frame we are talking about. Obviously, value has been important since April. I think we may go into another phase were growth will have more perceived value to the investor, but ultimately, value will even out the speculation on the growth.
