Rich1,

HEAD & SHOULDERs should break to the DOWNSIDE and INVERSE HEAD & SHOULDERs should break to the UPSIDE.

As Don pointed out, this one could have two heads, which is not uncommon. Some even have two heads and two shoulders. However, it's not considered broken until the neckline - the black line - is broken. Until then, it could just as easily go down as up. If broken, should be worth a minimum upside move of 300 points, the size of the pattern from head to neckline.
