re: scale of voucher program

In Calif. the voter information is predicated on 5-15-25% participation to allow the voter to make an informed choice. The most damaging financial data is in the 5% area. 15-25% voucher use shows surpluses up to $3 billion. Again this is savings that could be used for ??????????????

I disagree. I think we should give all of the smart students vouchers so they could go to Catholic schools and argue with the nuns. Then all the dumb students in public school could eat their subsidized lunches and play football -- especially the girls. Did you see that kicker who got kicked off the Duke football team because she was a girl and was awarded $2 million.
