There is a good chance GTW will lose the lawsuit. It is misleading about the "free intenet access". Anyone shorting?

I never really thought they were a great candidate for going flat out of business (or having someone else pick up the broken pieces that are left), now I'm not so sure.

It is the let's screw 'em attitude that you would expect from a pawn shop or household goods rental outfit that preys on impoverished people that can't afford to pop the payment for a TV. This is not the GTW we once knew and this course of action could really backfire. Do these guys think they know how to run loansharking and quasi-retail operations?
