Sharck,

I thought LUMM wasn't anything more than a storefront with a good PR team. Seems that they've been a development stage company forever, no customers, no sales, no product. Do you think they are for real? When I first started to investigate this company in early '99, the product that was proposed at the time was a plastic fiber that would have been suitable for certain limited optical LAN applications. They never sold any of that either. <g>

Now, the latest 10-K is reporting that (f)rom its inception to June 30, 1999, the Company had been engaged in
capital raising, developmental and organizational activities and construction of its pilot plant.
At a loss of USD 151MM with no revenue at all. And all of the USD 142MM paid for "external research" in shares of common stock. Talk about dilution... Yikes.

Just wondering, Ray
