Mitchell, Assuming your analysis is absolutely right on, my perspective is that the shareholders have been treated unfairly. But, I don't know what this means legally. I do know, however, that I am not excited at all about being treated in an illegal manner. So, where do you think we go from here? Have we been illegally treated? If we have, what do we as shareholders have as options? If we have not been treated illegally, then I guess we shareholders have just paid mightily for a lesson in investing. And, I personally am very humbled by the experience. Best to all. Hope this turns out okay, but I am of the opinion now that things do indeed look pretty bleak. Jud
