CIST may be an interesting arbitrage. It currently trades (if 90k shares of a penny stock qualifies as trading) around 60 cents. CLL has an agreement, which will be voted on by CIST shareholders on Nov 2, to purchase CIST for .01978 shares of CLL. Based on CLL's closing price 10/16 of 38 1/2, that would make CIST shares worth 76 cents.

So far as I can tell, there are no current roadblocks to the completion of the merger. If that's a correct assessment, the discount seems a bit steep.

FWIW. I bought some yesterday at 60 cents.
