K, Sarkie, Rudi, Ga Peach, Cisco, All - A little spam here on behalf of a friend. Jerry Marshall, a former sports writer for the St. Louis Globe-Democrat (now defunct) has written a novel entitled Mr. Irrelevent. The independent reviewer Booklist gave it a Star (highest) rating, calling it "riveting"and "the best sports-related novel in many a season." Jerry and his wife Karen have been friends for a long time; if you happen to pass by a bookstore, check it out. Thanks.
