"However, there is a surprisingly low level of interest in the stock."

I agree that there is a very low level of interest ... especially if you judge by VOLUME. But yet, if you judge by PRICE, there has to be some sort of interest. The stock has risen from a recent close at $0.17 to yesterdays close of $0.29 ... that's a 70% increase in just a few days!

Personally I think the lack of volume is due to the fact that not many (new) people know the story. I suspect that most holders of the stock are in similar situations to my own. I have been in this stock for a long time (since Aug. 1996) and waiting patiently. But I already hold 60,000 shares at an average price of $0.72 -- in other words, I like the story, I support the stock strongly, but with my current holdings I won't be buying much more -- I've already averaged down twice, once at $0.08 and once at $0.15.

I believe that management is going to have to start almost all over again -- bringing in new retail shareholders and knocking on the doors of institutional buyers. It is this new blood that will have to support the stock (and build the share price) with volume.

This is the only penny-stock that I have hung on to among all the penny-stock losers I had from the metals and minerals mining boom of several years ago. But the reason that I have hung on is that this stock once traded at almost $5 and I believe that when and/or if the Yugo property gets developed it could command a price easily double that of its old highs. With potential like that, (assuming they do their job) I believe that management will be able to attract the necessary "new blood" I talked about above.

Good luck to us all!
