Thanks for the rub! We use rub out here too, but cook with red oak. Slow and easy is the key!! <GGGGGG>

My humble run includes just a little Sorano chili powder and Lowery's season salt...along with some other "secret things" LOL

About 15 years ago I was down in MEMPHIS and my friend was a contestant in one of those BAR B Q's at the time, and I got stuck overnight having to make sure there were enough hickory coals, or whatever they called them. What a bunch of drunks, ggggggggggg including myself.

If I ever get back to Memphis, I got a recipe for them. ggggggggg
