Paul, RE: Many of us here are long CSCO. Your constant maligning of CSCO is the equivalent of showing up at one of those BMW gatherings and yelling, loud and repeatedly, "BMWs are poorly made and you all paid way too much for them!!!" Those BMW owners would likely take huge offense, and they'd most assuredly ask you to go about your business in not too polite a manner.

Those BMW owners might indeed take offense. But if those who are long CSCO take similar offense, then there is too much emotion involved in those people's investment processes.

Investment decisions should be made with the head, not the heart. Particularly over the past four years, I have noticed that many people have begun to get downright loving about the stocks they hold. That is not healthy for the pocketbook or the heart.
