Insider transactions must be reported on Form 4 by the 10th day of the month following the transaction. Insidertrader should pick up those filings. Another link with the same information presented slightly differently is biz.yahoo.com Companies are not required to file Form 4 electronically, as they are some other forms. You need to subscribe to a service like Vickers to see manual submissions. But most firms (including Ampex as far as I can see) do submit them electronically. Regards, Fund
