This is certain fact.

The joint venture company to make memory that the two companies spun off may or may not pay SDRAM royalties, but NEC and Hitachi most certainly will not.

Blake, does Rambus sell anything?
They do not make anything, they do not sell anything either.

The MMs, that are cross licensed do the selling.
Please correct me if I am wrong on this.

Rambus, the $6B company that makes nothing and sells nothing. Isn't this great?
