It won't end at all. The judge makes perfect sense. That kind of dictatorial nonsense is disastrous. Do you realize that federal law grants every child with special needs (such as the gender identity diagnosis) a "suitable education." Hawaii public schools are under a court order that requires it to spend unlimited amounts of money to meet the special needs of about 10% of our students. Some of the kids get sent to special schools in Switzerland at a cost of $200,000 a year or more each. It is obvious that the parents in Massachusetts haven't fired up their big guns yet. No parent in Hawaii would accept a $5000 voucher. Go for the big score!
