Hi Armin, Here's something in the news about Tellium: lightreading.com From everything I've read, this one will pop sometime before Santa arrives, and should be an eye-popper on the scale of a SCMR, CORV or AVCI. I hear their stuff actually works. :) Now let's see,..... re LDP, This way you can, and for free you get their annuity and asset management business, and of course their future pipeline. Frankly, I'm intrigued by the startup portfolio, and I would value the annuity/asset mgmt parts at zero, as proposed. <gg> Cheerio, Ray
