Larry,

While some of this could be formation water, it is likely that most of it is load water from all the fluid lost during
drilling---see my post on Yahoo re this and other thoughts.

They evidently have not gotten a really good sustained test
from the well as it is apparently damaged from what I can
tell which means they didn't get it fully unloaded and the
liquids lost during drilling are probably inhibiting well
performance.
