It's probably a heads up for an imminent market bottom. As I recall in May, his call was based on the positive divergence between the Nasdaq making new lows and the MACD making higher lows. Most of the other oscillators had done so also. The only positive divergence thus far was the NDX making a higher low last week and a higher high in September peak while the Nasdaq retested the May lows.
