But on page 80 under MSFT Non-Competition -

During the five year term of the agreement, Microsoft will generally agree that it will not engage in, license TransPoint intellectual property to anyone who engages in, or acquire or invest in, anyone who engages in the type of pay anyone and bill presentment and payment in which we currently engage...........

CKFR IR is correct. We have an exclusive for 5 years for EBP.
