Very cool story. I remember I was about 10 and rejected the notion of God (as it was commonly believed and described by other children my age) renouncing a "Master Puppeteer". I was the master of my destiny and not this thing called others called God.

For me, this kind of wraps up my spiritual development in a nutshell. Acceptance is key: Nothing can be done about the past, but scads can be done about the future's past, our present. But despite heroic efforts to prevent it, actions can still be flawed and effects will follow from causes unseen.

The child blames others
Parents blame themselves
The enlightened stop blaming.
