Nasdaq had a very small inverse H&S breakout at its high. Seems it wants to breakout here. Could get a nice 300 point run.

I am reading so many post on BRINKER calling for a 20% rally in the next 2-4 months. Unless I read it wrong or my math is off, thats a target of 3600 on the NDX from the lows or 3840 from here. So why is so many getting so excited. Most of the projections were in that range anyway.

Maybe I read it wrong.
