That $8 will be reduced after they pay for SPLH.
SPLH has about 14.3 million shares times the $10 =
$143 million less SPLH's cash of about $67 million =
about $76 million less, so EFII new cash per share
should be about $6.85/shr.
Still a good asset play though.

Do you know what the short term investments are? If in shares of tech stocks, the value could be down considerably from last 10Q. Just beginning due diligence but this company looks interesting at first blush.
