ST, I do not think this is entirely fair to AMAT. Over the years, AMAT has entered new markets(metrology and CMP), has improved both NM's dramatically(from 15% to 21%). They have also gained market share in nearly every segment they are in, and are now a more familiar face, though most laymen still would not recognize them. Given these facts, one would have a difficult time making the argument that the AMAT of today deserves the multiples assigned to it 5 or 10 years ago. BK
