GALT buyout at a nice premium from MRVL...but I guess in spite of MRVL's assertion this will be income accretive immediately, people aren't thrilled: MRVL down 30% or so, and GALT therefore up only a bit. Trying to figure out why this is considered such a bad deal.

FNSR is on the 200 day moving average right now, and I'm seeing some large blocks going by, it could be trying to make a bottom. ADX is 65 on the one minute chart, 49 on the five min, way high and ready to reverse.
