Blacks and Hispanics are disproportionately imprisoned and executed in the United States. This is prima facie evidence of prima discrimination. This is rebutable by evidence that Blacks and Hispanics are guiltier than whites, but a very large proportion of those who are acquited after proof of innocence appear to be Black.
A good example for discrimination is the horrible, unjust (according to the judge) of Wen Ho Lee.
