A provocative thought. I would suggest that it is the banks and clearing houses themselves that are pushing such a move...seeing as how the Fed is a private entity.

I went mostly cash this morning, except for a few small postions and a short on AETH (which may end up a low percentage trade).
Had been reading "Devil Take the Hindmost" last night, a history of financial speculation by Edwin Chancellor, and concluded risk of the unknown was too great vis a vis any larger possible liquidity problems. I am not saying there could be any, it is that there is just no way of knowing either way.
