If a black attacks a white simply BECAUSE he is white,

How many cases have been prosecuted and made public?

Reginald Denny clearly was a victim of an attempted murder because he was white (the perpetrators weren't throwing bricks at other blacks)...

Where was his justice? Or the justice that society demands from all of its subjects? (since Denny, being a christian in the true sense of the word, forgave his assailants).

Why is it that when OJ kills his white wife, the black community comes out and claims it was a set-up by the police? (and don't even tell me that a majority of blacks didn't think this way... because I was personally exposed to these kinds of opinions day after day)

Where was the outrage of the black community that two human beings had been viciously murdered by OJ?

We have a long way to go before we ever ponder thinking about hate crime legislation... We need to get the current system up to snuff and executing the law properly.

Hate crime legislation is like passing more anti-gun laws. If you don't enforce the existing laws, making new ones won't solve the problem either.
