I don't think that there is more bad news (at least none that isn't expected). Sure MSFT is a threat, but with INTC and DELL warning (Dell warned didn't they), who wouldn't expect MSFT to be weak?

The oil futures charts are telling me that we are going to see some relief there and I expect continued strength in the majority of the tech earnings.

But I agree, I have not seen true capitulation yet.
