" What I'm gloating about is the fact that many people tried to reason with the guy when he was hyping AMD so strongly in the $80s pre-split. What is happening to AMD right now is exactly what he refused to consider at the time. The market took a dump and AMD has gone down the tubes with it, despite the 4 straight quarters of profits and despite a very good product line. The guy was a lunatic and wouldn't listen to anyone who offered sound reasonable advice. EP
