I was careful to say rate which is one month sales of $85 million, next year. I was also appreciating the fact that SEMI still has some of the largest semiconductor houses open to them for future distribution agreements. On Semiconductor is a small manufacturer comparatively at around $7-800 million revenue for semiconductors alone, according to Electronics group distribution supplement, September, 2000(a special supplement to EDN, Electronic business, Electronic news and ECN). SEMI is the fourth distributor of On Semiconductor. With any one of the 10 largest houses, SEMI can achieve $85 million/month rate.

The $153 million rate this quarter is derived by the previous book to bill ratio of two other quarters. If the book to bill ratio is known this last quarter, we would be able to project the 4th quarter revenue and earnings as well. However, the On Semiconductor business for SEMI is not yet established, so the book to bill ratio including On Semiconductor will be unknown until November or December at the earliest. Major growth will be Atmel which has the new products this year.

So, I am not projecting any revenue or earnings until the On Semiconductor franchise ramped up and settled down to a steady rate.
