Paul,

Sorry to hear that. Im starting to notice that the NAZ is attempting to build a base now, and since CSCO is still holding its own with the strong selling in the SEMI's, it has a chance.

I mentioned earlier that it was getting ugly and it better have some sort of a rally intraday, or it could get alot worse. Since then a rally did follow, but of course its still too early.

Dont get me wrong, Im bearish, but Im not convinced that NEW LOWER LOWs will be set immediately. I may even open a long position today or sell a short position to have a bias to the LONG side.

Someone brought up a H&S pattern forming on the Dow daily chart....I think it was you, Paul. I just measured the target -> 9732 would be the Edwards & Magee answer. The low on March 8th of this year -> 9732.

Hmmmmmmmm.
Just something to contemplate.

Debra

ROTFL- >I think I just became the first value investor to get killed falling out of a basement window. <

We've proven the old adage both ways this year-
"It's never too high to buy and it's never too low to sell."

Not much to say about Mr. Market here. I don't see any major bottoms until the elections are over. The $ is still seen as a problem, and nothing's been done to resolve it- When it does drop, the energy bills will be all that much more painful. Tough Love is what Magner calls it.

Eventually AG and da boyz will come to the rescue. The Greenspan Put will be invoked, and all will be well again.. As long as deeeflation doesn't take over. New lows in FPP and XAU today. Smells like deflation almost..

Glad I didn't hold GP, it's breaking out to the down side. I've seen alot of that lately. Not just in value stocks either. A sell list of first time new lows may continue to be the way to play this market.

Heard that Rob Drinker telegraphed out a sell signal on RCA. Last one wuz good for 75% down. <hic>
