GV, RE:"Perhaps the market is starting to think that Bush has a chance." Sure Bush has a chance but look for newspapers like the NY Times, Palm Beach Post, Washington Post and hoardes of others to endorse Gore before the election and other liberal media like the major networks and CNN to come very close to doing the same right before the election... Bush probably has to win the debates tonight to win in spite of this... Jim Oil stocks are my largest holdings, they are up but not by much compared to what Intel shareholders expect from a stock.
