Hi Tim - I agree. Litigation of this kind is so prevalent that it should only have ST impact. The negatives are the uncertainty factor, the chip sector swoon and SSTI so happened to breach a support.

Lately, there seems to be a few of these reversal cases, not necessarily the differences between Admin Law Judge & ITC [my guess is that ITC holds a bit more weight, in this case] For example, Eli Lilly got hit pretty hard recently.

It's my understanding that a court cannot overturn an ITC infringement ruling. I believe only the Prez can do that.
