As far as I know, the 760 chipset is going onto 6-layer motherboards. Even AMD's old 750 chipset went onto 6-layer motherboards, and it supported only PC100 SDRAM.

On 6-layer motherboards, I guess it's possible to implement four DDR DIMMs. But as far as I know, DDR is still spec'ed to only two DIMMs on 4-layer motherboards, though some MB makers could get away with three.
