Bush got away with insider trading because his daddy was president. Sold out weeks before his company went belly-up. Those are the facts. Any one of us would be in jail if we did the same thing. At the very least it proves a lot about his character. Profited at his investors expense, had inside knowledge he was going belly up and sold to some sucker first. The didn't file with the SEC for 8 months. Smart guy.
