Bob Brinker again:

Are you a Marketimer subscriber?

If so, you are the only subscriber who posted this information on the
internet on Monday.

If not, you are simply quoting material from the net which may or may not be
true depending on its source.

I do not wish to sell Marketimer to subscribers who then post contents on the
internet when I am trying to work on behalf of my subscribers with my
information.

How long have you subscribed?
---------------------------------
DMP replies:

Mr. Brinker,

I have never subscribed to market timer.

I cannot be "the only subscriber who posted this on the internet Monday"
as the link shows (unless, of course, I am the guy on RWS, which I am
not). The person who posted the information on RWS was first, and others
quickly followed suit.

As for quoting an checking the material, some of your subscribers
confirmed that, indeed, you had issued a buy.

In summary, I do not sybscribe to Marketimer, I have never subscribed, I
quoted someone as stating that you had issue a buy signal, in fact you
have issued a buy signal, and some of your subscribers repeat what you
say.

I trust this clarifies the matter.

Sincerely,

Dennis Patterson

Why am I thinking that maybe the bobster is regretting ever making that call.

Also, I can't believe that a time-sensitive call like that is going out by snail mail. Is the average age of his subscriber base so old that they don't like to deal with those new-fangled telephone and computer thingies?
