Michael -- what's your view of Malaysia these days? Moody's upped their credit rating a few days ago and the ^KLSE got a pop. economy still clouded by controls.

Mike,
I took a look at FAX and copied the following from one of
their NRs. If you could illuminate what they said, it would
be helpful to me.
The 35% dividend funded by "return of paid in capital" from their
statement "are made up of 63% net investment income, 2% realized capital
gains, and 35% return of paid-in capital. It sounds to me like this came
from shareholders' original investment as they state they will maintain dividends? If so, it seems to me a holders original investment may be decreased
by 1/3rd.

Is my interpretation correct, or am I missing a major piece
in my understanding?
Regards,
Lew
