The gun control issue is useful to the democratic party in due to women voters, but I don't think anything will come of it, or that Gore really considers important.

It is really a state issue, what is right for New Jersey isn't necessarily right for Wyoming.

Personally, I really like guns. The are fun to shoot. Handguns, rifles, shotguns, I enjoy them all.

Also, I am glad that my elderly parents have a big whopper of a .45 in the house, there is no other way for them to defend themselves.

BTW, do you know that if your friend that got beat up had only pulled his legally concealed weapon, those "boys" would have backed off. Trust me.
