Actually, Bush stated the truth. You are apparently too thick or just too addled to understand English.

Remember, the Clinton/AlGore adminsitration is responsible for the high rate of uninsured in Texas, because most of them are the product of unrestricted illegal immigration.

In California, which is governed by a liberal Dem, the statistics are far worse and largely for the same reason.
